I've been in private practice since 2010. I work in a relaxed, non-judgemental, informal way. I offer non-directive, humanistic therapy to individuals and couples. I also offer Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) for trauma, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) informed support for people struggling with insomnia.
