I utilise an integrative approach to my practice. I believe that it is limiting to use one therapeutic modality to apply to everyone. This is based on the understanding that everyone is unique and will respond differently to different approaches. My work is more focused on getting to know the client and working out what methods work, rather than sticking with one therapeutic methodology.
