Hello, I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with a First Class Degree in Psychology and over eleven years' experience providing counselling and CBT. I have a special interest in anxiety disorders. I provide couples therapy, supervision for counsellors and employee counselling for organisations. I have been awarded Accredited Membership of BACP. This means that I have been assessed by BACP as achieving high standards of knowledge, experience and development.
