I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and my Master of Science in Aging and Health at Queen’s University. I use a strengths-based, person-centered, culturally responsive and trauma-informed perspective to help you achieve your best possible outcomes. My areas of focus include navigating personal growth, anxiety, chronic illness, chronic pain, depression, end-of-life, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, stress and burnout in a holistic way. I make a commitment to you to provide timely, accessible, inclusive, individualized therapeutic services. I provide counselling services using a variety of approaches and will work with you to find the best fit and type of therapy to match your goals, expectations, and proposed timeline. I work collaboratively with clients to move towards resolution and healing. I offer telephone and video sessions to clients across Canada, and in-person, outdoor, and walk and talk sessions in Carleton Place and Ottawa.
