I use a blend of therapies - However, usually I like to start using a Person Centred approach - in order to work on our theraputic relationship. Often I recommend CBT and from there we will start to see quite a bit of progress. I normally review our work together after 6 - 8 sessions - to see how far we have progressed. This is a teamwork approach and my clients usually see an improvement after about one month. I have a lovely Garden Room which my clients find comfortable and welcoming.
