The aim of my site is to give you a brief introduction to myself and the kind of work that I do, to help you decide if counselling with me is right for you. I am a fully qualified Supervisor and Integrative Counsellor and have experience of working with both adults and children. Therapy is a very personal process and many of us go through times in our lives where we need extra help and support. Sometimes it is necessary to talk about painful feelings or difficult situations or sometimes both.
