I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel seen and heard. As a trauma-informed therapist, I can support you with challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, abuse, trauma, low confidence and self-esteem, and experiences of loss and bereavement. Alongside talking therapy, I also offer a range of art materials such as clay, paint, drawing, and collage.
