I am a warm and effective counsellor, and systemic practitioner, with experience of working with people of differing genders, ages, cultures and classes; neurodivergent and neurotypical. Using an integration of a wide range of approaches to counselling and psychotherapy, I work closely with you to achieve the goals that are important to you at a depth and pace that suits you. I am experienced working with adults of all ages, as well as young people from secondary school age upwards.
