Whatever you’re feeling, whether overwhelmed, low or anxious, experiencing relationship or family difficulties, finding work stressful, feeling lonely, have lost someone you love or are experiencing ill health, counselling can help. I know it can feel daunting to start therapy, so my aim from the beginning is to offer a safe, non-judgmental, warm, caring space, where we can explore whatever you want to talk about, and where you will be listened to, valued and accepted.
