I am a fully qualified Counsellor/Psychtherapist and also a Trauma Informed Therapist working in HMP Prisons (men) and I am also involved in many voluntary places. My modality is Person Centred and I also hold qualificatins in CBT, Compassion Focus Therapy and other therapy skills. I do appreciate how difficult the first step can be when reaching out to speak about thoughts and feelings that have been previously unspoken.
