I originally trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and have a Post-graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am BACP accredited. I recently completed an advanced course in Rational-Emotive & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York. In every psychotherapeutic setting, “the relationship” between client and therapist is of paramount importance and central to treatment outcome.
