I work with adults both short-term and long-term. At present I am conducting all my sessions securely online or on the telephone. Our first session is online and will normally last 60 minutes. The fee is the same for the initial and subsequent sessions. We will talk about your reasons for coming to counselling and what you are hoping to gain from our sessions.
