Hello and welcome. I am a BACP Registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 16 years of experience supporting clients. I am based in Sheffield for in person appointments and online and over the telephone across the UK. When you are feeling depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, just getting through the day can feel difficult. Coping with emotional problems can be hard, but you don't have to do it alone.
