About

Trained as an Integrative Counsellor, I work with Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis. In addition to this I’m also trained to deliver Therapy Outdoors, which takes counselling out of the traditional counselling room and into the countryside where we can engage with the outdoors while working therapeutically. I have specific training and experience in bereavement counselling from my time as a volunteer with Oldham Bereavement Support Service.
