I am a BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience working in depth. Alongside this professional training, my work has evolved into a transformative, relational coaching practice for women who are ready for profound change in how they live, create and relate to themselves. Much of my work is with women in midlife who are no longer willing to live within old roles, expectations or identities and are at a threshold of change.
