Hi. My name is Katherine (or Kat). I have over twenty years of working with young people in a number of different settings, predominantly around their mental health and wellbeing. I am now a qualified adolescent counsellor and registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) (MBACPReg.), adhering to their code of ethics. My trauma informed practice fosters an integrative approach, tailored to meet the needs of the young person I am supporting.
