My name is Kathleen Forrester, and I am an Integrative Psychotherapist offering both short- and long-term therapy to adult individuals face to face sessions in Wokingham and Online, chat and telephone sessions from all over UK and Ireland. I have a BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Counselling and work comfortably with a range of techniques and approaches such as Person Centred, CBT, EMDR and Psychodynamic counselling.
