I am a fully qualified and BACP registered counsellor as well as an experienced coach trained and qualified by Cambridge University. I am therefore able to work a little differently from other counsellors. I also understand from experience how much courage it can take to seek help when life gets difficult. Based on my experience and qualifications my standard session rate for individuals is £90 for 60 minutes.
