I am a person-centred counsellor offering a warm and accepting space to children, young people and adults to explore the areas of life that are challenging. My role is to be alongside you to find the ways forward that are right for you. I strongly believe that, whatever age you are, having someone to try and fully hear and understand what you are experiencing can be healing, as you are able to see things more clearly and be empowered to address what you are facing in life.
