My name is Kate and I am a person centred, humanistic therapist, I am 50 years old, I have lots of lived experiences, being a single mum, being in abusive relationships, having the challenges of child with mental health issues, exposure to self-harm, growing up with within a dysfunctional family with addiction problems, a family with no communication skills with the added tension of having a mixed heritage.
