Hello, I’m Keely — an integrative counsellor offering face‑to‑face sessions in Sevenoaks, Kent, as well as online. I work from both psychodynamic and person‑centred approaches, drawing on each in a way that best supports you. The therapeutic relationship is central to our work together, and I aim to provide a warm, safe, empathic and non‑judgemental space where you can explore whatever you wish to bring to therapy.
