I am a qualified humanistic, person-centred counsellor with a Level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Person-Centred Counselling, a level 5 in CFD (counselling for depression) qualification, a Bsc Honours degree in Psychology and a PG Dip. in psychological therapies. I have experience working for private charities, MIND and NHS Talking Therapies, within hospitals and community mental health teams.
