I’m a person-centred, trauma-informed, and collaborative therapist, which means we’ll go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. I see therapy as a conversation, one where you can show up exactly as you are. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, reflect things back, and help you notice patterns you might not have seen before. But I won’t sit in silence while you try to guess what I’m thinking, and I won’t tell you who you “should” be.
