Hi, I'm Lauren. I'm a Person-Centred Pluralistic Counsellor, working primarily online and over the phone. I believe that counselling can help people to heal and make the changes they want to see in their lives. I provide a space that is welcoming and inclusive to all people and all issues; no matter what is going on for you I will support you with warmth and without judgement. I offer a free 20 minute introductory phone call, and sessions are charged at £55 for online/phone or £65 for in person.
