Hello, My name is Leanne and I am a fully qualified counsellor in Essex. I have over ten years' experience volunteering and working in mental health; currently in the NHS as a CBT therapist. I also deliver Mental Health First Aid training. I offer face to face sessions in a private space with off street parking. I also offer online (zoom) and telephone sessions. I work as an integrative counsellor which means I work in a variety of ways to suit you.
