I work in an Integrative way which means that I do not believe there is one model of counselling which is suited to all people as each one of us is a unique individual and should be considered as such. I qualified as a Counsellor in 1999 and lectured in Counselling Skills and Personal Development for many years. I was priveledged to meet a lot of people who has enriched my own personal growth and professional experience.
