I am an experienced Accredited Therapist offering Individual Counselling and Couples Counselling for when you are struggling with relationship issues, stress, low self esteem, anxiety or depression. Life is rarely straightforward and I do recognise that there are times when we become unable to see a way through our difficulties. Often life's problems are caused by relationships with others either in our daily living or from when we were younger.
