I understand it takes real courage to make contact and seek out therapy. As a counsellor I work to create a safe, empathetic and non-judgemental space, where you feel heard and supported. I know there are many different reasons why you may come to counselling. Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, coping with stress, anxiety, depression, addiction or relationship problems. You may have suffered a bereavement, or loss, are experiencing isolation, loneliness, or having suicidal thoughts.
