I qualified as a Person Centred Counsellor in 2008 after completing a 3 year degree in Person Centred Therapy. I have experience with teens and adults and have worked within IAPT, Macmillan, and MyLife Counselling private practice. I now have a lot of experience in CBT having worked as a Counsellor within IAPT so can incorporate CBT work together if this is something you feel you would also benefit from.
