My ultimate aim in therapy is to help clients to achieve the changes they desire, empowering them to make more informed choices for themselves and live happier, more fulfilling lives. I do this by offering a tailored approach drawing on various theoretical models. I offer face to face and online sessions for adults and young people. Sessions are 50 minutes and usually weekly. I offer a free initial 20 minute telephone assessment session, where we can discuss what your individual needs are.
