Previous employment includes: CAT Therapist in the Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT's), as a CBT Therapist and Counsellor in the NHS Talking Therapies Service, Counsellor at Maggie's Cancer Charity, and as the School Counsellor for John Cabot Academy, Kingswood. My approach is open, warm and professional, providing a safe and confidential environment for the people I work with. I deeply value the counselling process and relationship as unique to each individual.
