I am an experienced Play Therapist working in the Portsmouth and Southampton area. I also have further training in trauma-focused cbt, supporting children and young people who have experienced a traumatic event. I'm level 2 trained in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and as an informed practitioner I'm able to support children adolescents and parents with developmental and complex developmental trauma in foster, adoptive and birth families.
