There is a great deal of benefit in talking and being listened to: often there is a change in how you feel and how you see something when it's been possible to have a conversation about it. I try to offer a therapy where the person I am working with feels able to talk openly about whatever they want to bring, without fear of judgement. I worked in various counselling agencies and other mental health and support services during the last 15 years, but now concentrate on my private practice.
