About

I’m a Clinical Psychologist with a background in both psychology and nutritional science, bringing together an understanding of mind, body, and relationships in the way I work. I think about wellbeing as something that lives not only in thoughts, but also in the nervous system, the body, and everyday habits of care. I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. Many of the people I see are carrying the impact of difficult childhood experiences, complicated relationships, or long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. I’m especially interested in trauma, attachment, emotional regulation, and the quieter forms of suffering that don’t always have clear labels – feeling “too much,” “not enough,” or unsure who you are underneath the roles you’ve learned to play. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe enough to slow down, be honest, and discover parts of yourself that may not have had space before.
