I offer a safe, confidential space for client(s) to explore what is causing their distress. I teach clients the basics of TA theory in order to help them understand themselves and their interactions with others. I use breathing and mindfulness techniques to promote compassion for themselves. I also offer the Understanding your Eating programme for clients with eating and weight issues. I work with individuals, couple and students.
