For depression and/or trauma, I would normally work with you for 8 sessions with cognitive behavioural therapy. We may include other empirical therapies, which we could discuss. Most patients see gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and consistent improvement thereafter. I am a very empathetic, caring person, and this shows in my therapeutic treatment with my clients. My first goal is to create a good client / therapist alliance before we even begin to do any work together.
