I am 55 years old and worked as a journalist for 13 years before deciding to pursue a career as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I began my training at Thames Valley University, where I successfully completed the Certificate in Person-Centred Counselling. I then went on to do the Post Graduate Diploma and MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at Roehampton University.
