I’m Lucia, a certified RTT Practitioner and Hypnotherapist based in Italy, working online with women internationally. I help women understand and transform the deeper subconscious and emotional patterns that can influence how they see themselves, their relationships and their lives. My clients are often intelligent, self-aware and highly capable women who may appear confident and successful on the outside, while privately struggling with self-doubt, low self-worth, overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, insecurity or recurring relationship patterns. I’m particularly interested in what sits beneath these patterns. We can consciously know that we are worthy, capable or deserving of a healthy relationship, yet still find ourselves reacting, thinking or behaving in ways that don't reflect what we intellectually believe. Through RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), hypnotherapy and subconscious-focused techniques, I help clients explore where these beliefs and patterns may have come from and begin creating a different internal experience. My approach is compassionate, curious and deeply personal. I don't believe transformation is about fixing something that is wrong with you. Instead, it is about understanding yourself more deeply, recognising the beliefs and emotional patterns that may no longer serve you, and creating greater freedom to respond differently. Before moving into therapeutic work, I spent more than a decade working in digital marketing, strategy and communications across different countries and cultures. I have also trained in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, Reiki, Fluentbody and Holotropic Breathwork, which has given me a broader appreciation of the connection between our mind, emotions and body. Having lived in multiple countries and experienced significant personal transitions myself, I understand how much our experiences can shape our sense of identity, belonging and self-worth. I work exclusively online, allowing me to support clients internationally. My aim is to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing, understand yourself more deeply and begin making meaningful changes from the inside out.
