I am a fully qualified and registered therapist with the BACP, offering therapy in person from my office in the centre of York, as well as online and by telephone. Life can be difficult, full of uncertainties and challenges, which can naturally leave us at times feeling distressed, overwhelmed, confused or alone. As a qualified therapist, I would like to reassure you that these feelings, whilst difficult, are a normal part of being human.
