I am a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working across state and private primary and secondary schools, as well as in a specialist adolescent mental health service. I am deeply passionate about helping children and young people build a healthy relationship with themselves. I believe that many mental health challenges stem from self-criticism and inner conflict.
