My work includes one to one and couples therapy. Face to face is preferred but can offer phone and online therapy. By working together, we can look to identify and explore negative thoughts & feelings that may prompt behaviours that impact your everyday. Additionally, we can work to seek clarity, and sometimes even acceptance around specific situations. Dealing with issues that seem a little overwhelming, while giving you back that sense of control you may have felt you’ve lost.
