I offer telephone, video and face to face counselling and specialise in anxiety, depression, relationships and loss. In recent years I have developed a special interest in counselling clients diagnosed with ADHD. Clients come to see me because they want to relieve the distress or pain they are feeling concerning their issues, and explore their relationships with their partner, colleagues, family or friends. I have been a fully Accredited Psychotherapist in private practice since 2012.
