I have been practicing since 2007, working as a counsellor in a variety of settings including within the NHS, counselling students and tutors in university and secondary school settings, and seeing a wide variety of clients in my private practice. I offer a flexible and caring approach to each individual and their unique needs. My philosophy is to utilise the valuable contributions made by the various schools of counselling rather than be limited by one approach.
