I have over 25 years experience in counselling. I offer a safe place to explore your issues and I will listen without judgement. You can have space that is all yours. It may be the first time you have been able to to talk about an issue and that's ok. We will travel your journey together. I work face to face and online. I offer CBT for those with anxiety, depression and low self belief or who lack confidence. I work with clients with ADHD and their families.
