I offer a free, no-obligation, 20 minute telephone or zoom call so that you can see if you feel comfortable working with me and I can assess whether I feel that I can support you. You can let me know what you are hoping to gain from counselling and ask me any questions that you may have. You are welcome to book our first session straight away, or take some time to have a think about it, whichever you prefer. Sessions are usually 60 minutes and weekly, although other arrangements may be possible.
