I put your needs first and tailor our work together to suit you as an individual, recognising that everyone’s experiences and goals are different. I work collaboratively and see therapy as something we do together. I welcome feedback and encourage open conversations about what feels helpful or unhelpful, and I would never push an approach that does not feel right for you.
