Coming to see a counsellor can feel like a big deal so I want to try and put you at ease and get a sense of what coming to see me might be like. I'm a friendly and open person and I feel people find me easy to talk to. I don't feel it's my job to diagnose you or tell you what to do but it is my job to make you feel comfortable enough to be able to open up and talk to me.
