I am a qualified therapist and psychotherapeutic counsellor, (registered member of BACP and accredited member of NCPS) working with adults (including couples) online or in person from my practice near Ludlow. Experienced in working with individuals and couples of all ages, and from all walks of life. I work in a relational way - our therapeutic relationship in central to our work. I also work in a trauma focused way - having undertaken specialist training in this area.
