My focus is very much about you being at the centre of the therapy and I am there to walk alongside you and help guide you to a better place and a better understanding and move forward. I am based in Buckinghamshire but because I predominantly work online distance is not a barrier. Not only do I offer therapy online but also offer telephone therapy. I have experience of working with a wide range of people from a variety of backgrounds.
