Hi and welcome to my psychotherapy and counselling service . I am a qualified Psychologist and Addictions Counsellor. I am professionally trained in trauma, and mental health and clinical supervision, MBACP. I use an Integrative and Eclectic approach. I work with a range of different psychotherapeutic and counselling theories and techniques to provide an effective therapy session tailored to each individual's needs. I work with Adults, Young Adults, 16+ and Elderly 65+, from all walks of life.
